How much is shipping?
Most of our items are shipped free of cost, however; due to the size of the packaging
of some of our items the shipping costs will differ, some items shipping prices start
from $8, whilst the bigger and bulkier items will cost more in order to be shipped. The
cost of furniture will also depend on your delivery location; please contact us to
confirm the shipping cost as these details are not mentioned through the website as
we are catering to an individual inquiry.
How do I track my order?
All items have a tracking number. You will receive tracking updates and details and
when your item is expected to be delivered. 
How are the items delivered?
The item is shipped via Australia Post, according to the size and weight of the item.
A tracking number will also be sent to you after it has been dispatched.
How can I cancel my order?
Bearing in mind that if the order hasn’t been dispatched, you can cancel your order
without any extra charges. However; once the order has been dispatched you will be
charged the delivery cost and handling fees. If the item sent out the return policy will
be applied this involves a 14-day return from the date of purchase; the product must
be returned in original packaging including instruction manuals and accessories. The
product must be unopened and unused and in its original condition. You must also
produce proof of transaction or proof of purchase.
When will the item be dispatched?
Most items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days; unless there’s a public
holiday.
Where can I find the delivery information?
Tracking information will be sent to you.
Please note:
Please make sure your delivery address is correct. Once your order has been sent,
we are unable to change the delivery address. It will be your responsibility to contact
the courier of the error and this includes any further costs for your item to be
redirected.
